Alliance for Organizational Excellence, a Texas-based professional training hub offering resilience training for the global workplace, sought a new brand to launch in conjunction with the CEO, Sandy Asch's, latest book. Their current brand was created quickly upon the company's initial creation and did not have a modern appeal. Their website did not function properly on mobile and was not utilizing current web best practices to rank highly with Google's search engine optimization. As AOE continued to grow and prosper, they needed a visual identity that could take them into the 21st century and appeal to the ever-growing Millennial workforce.
Given AOE's desire to appeal to a more modern clientele while still maintaining a more serious and professional side, I employed a colorful palette while keeping the logo and corresponding design elements relatively simple. AOE seeks to inspire and ignite, so I employed active and inspirational stock imagery throughout the design elements of the brand.
The new brand standards were applied to a variety of print templates including workbooks, advertisements, and speaker profiles to carry the new look and feel across all aspects of the AOE brand.
